We want you to be completely satisfied with your coffee purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return unopened products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Products must be unopened and in their original packaging
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date
- Products must be in the same condition as when received
- Original receipt or proof of purchase must be provided
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Refunds

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability. You will be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened coffee products (for health and safety reasons)
- Items purchased more than 30 days ago
- Items without proof of purchase
- Custom or personalized products
Shipping for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days after we've confirmed receipt of your return, please contact us. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
